In this course we will explore photography as a form of meditation, and equip you with an alternative way to enjoy the health benefits of meditation through creative expression in photography.
You will be guided through three exercises that will help you detach and escape from your stressful life. The relaxed attentiveness of looking through your viewfinder will expand into all areas of your life.
No previous photography experience required.
Participants are required to bring:
- A working camera (Your smartphone camera is fine; you just need to be familiar with how to use it.)
- Walking shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather
- Outdoor necessities: bug spray, suntan lotion, hat, umbrella and water
