The Kortright Centre for Conservation is
Ontario's premier environmental and renewable energy education and demonstration centre.
The centre hosts 135,000 visitors annually and offers over 50 environmental education programs for schools and 30 sustainable technology workshops for the public, trades and professionals.

Great weekend Programming all year long!

If you have been searching to find somewhere you can learn to install a solar panel or find the perfect wind energy product that will work from you plus much more look no further than Kortright Centre.

Fall Colour Weekends -October 9/10/11 and October 16/17

Come enjoy this beautiful time of year with a hike along one of our colourful trails. Join a guided fall colour hike, sip hot soup and apple pie in the valley, take a tour of the Archetype Sustainable House and and have with some family friendly activities.

"Howlers of the Moon" Halloween Evening -Fri. Oct. 29th, 6:30pm-10:30pm

Enjoy a themed Halloween dinner, walk the spooky Kortright trails and meet Howlers of the Moon and other Halloween creatures. Finish off the evening around a roaring bonfire while sipping hot chocolate and roasting marshmallows. Prizes for best costumes. (Recommended for ages 8 and up)
• Buffet Dinner - 6:30 p.m. - 7:30p.m.
• Hikes - 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
• Bonfire - 10:00 p.m. - 10:30p.m.
• Guests can book for dinner and hike or hike only.
• Prices to follow.
